Festival round up
Festivals aren’t just about wellies and plastic ponchos. They’re a place to see and be seen, so the right bead jewellery can take your outfit from every day to amazing. We picked out some of our favourites from the festival season.
As we write this article, the queues for the Leeds festival are growing just up the road from us and the forecast for another English summer bank holiday looks as poor as ever. Dressing for a British music festival can be an exercise in weather proofing, but that doesn’t mean it has to be dull. A lot of this year’s fashion has been amazing and the jewellery, especially the bead jewellery has been really exciting. We’ve picked out some of our favourites from the summer.

Keeping things simple
If you’re serious about seeing all the bands and living the festival experience, then you want to keep things as simple as possible. Cressida Bonas kept it really simple and clean at this year’s Wilderness Festival with a simple hoop earring and long necklace.

Hot layers
We loved how Lily James held this classic rock chick look together (especially the scarf) and the layered bead bracelets really caught our eye. We all love to wear a Glasto wrist band until it falls apart, but the beads complimented and accented everything neatly.

Classic beads
A kahki boiler suit isn’t everyone’s first choice and maybe Daisy Lowe is one of the few who can carry it off. The long string of black beads and layered chain complimented the plunging neckline and helped create one of the coolest looks of the Glastonbury weekend.

Coachella cool
The last thing that you need for Coachella is a pair of Hunters and a pac-a-mac. Instead we loved all of the crochet and tribal designs that were on display this year and Vanessa Hudgens outfit was just wonderful. Beads, feathers and that amazing leg chain all matched against the cut downs and crochet top. It’s our favourite outfit of the summer.
